    In Christ,

  2. God’s grace is truly sufficient and very evident in your life!

  3. Dear Rachel,

Thank you for your honest sharing and your powerful teaching. It has changed my perspective in life. Your talk would influence many here in Singapore, thanks to Shaila for sharing this with me. God be with you and your family.
    love
    Carole

  4. Rachel…praising God for all He is in you, to have given you the strength to talk to us, speaking the truth. So touching, anyone listening to any part of your talk would be lying if they said they could not relate to any part of what you said, no mother would be able to listen to the hurt you felt at not being able to pick up your five year old child without shedding a tear. Thank you for your courage. God Bless you.

  5. As a retired Marine I have seen and held men die. There was always some degree of fear in their voice or eyes. I have listened to this mp3 of Rachel’s and I am awed by no fear in her voice as she talks about her death. I pray that my relationship with God can sustain me in that day like it has Rachel.

  6. Thanks very much for sharing your story, Rachel. I praise God for what he is doing in and through you. I appreciate the clear call to glorify Christ – know God, know yourself, know the Gospel and know your purpose. Blessings on you and your family.

  7. Dear Rachael,
Your reward is undoubtedly in heaven. I worked on the periphery of The Passion of the Christ and it was this that made it clearer that suffering properly understood is a grace and salvational. Through suffering not only do we bring ourselves to God but those who do not merit it. Offering your suffering for your husband’s and childrens salvation and even those people who you do not know is part of God’s greater plan.
In relation to your cancer where there is life there is hope. A UK guy by the name of Philip Day is a man who has had miraculous results even with people right on the brink of death. He is worth checking out. He will take personal calls and and does not charge as far as I am aware. All the best and please pray for me. Be assured of my prayers for you and your family. All my fraternal love. Charles

  8. Your testimony is amazing. I recently lost a friend to esophogeal cancer and God used her through it all to be an amazing witness. Thank you so much for sharing.

I wanted to also share this video with you because this is a fight that needs to fought. http://michaelcrichton.com/books-next-news.html.

My prayers are with you daily.

  9. Dear Precious Rachel,
You touch my heart and my heart grieves for you and your family. Thank you for sharing with us and I will remember you always.
    Love,
    Elizabeth

  10. Thank you for your testimony. You are an inspiration to me. I pray that God will help me to glorify Him, as you are doing, in all circumstances. I will be praying for you and your precious family.

  11. Dear Rachel,
While I listening your testimony the tears flowing on my cheeks. The tears of gratitude, because you gave me a lesson of life, faith and victory… As a father, husband, christian, I want to thank you for your words that touched my heart in a deeply way. I will pray for you and for your family and I know that the tears of gratitude will continue to flowing on my cheeks… Be strong in Him,as you already are…THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

  12. Faith in Christ is all that matters – nothing more needs to be said – you have said it all. His love for us never changes – only we change. Thanks for sharing and wishing you Jesus’ nearness always.

  13. Rachel,

This scripture came to my mind as I thought about you and your circumstances.

Philippians 3:8-11 More than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ, (9) and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith, (10) that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death; (11) in order that I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.

  14. May you find peace and love in Christ. I once was a Hospice Nurse, and witnessed many heart felt experiences. I once had someone ask me, ” How can you always take care of someone dying?” I would always answer, ” We are all dying, just some of us have an idea of when, or at least have a timeframe”. I will be praying for you and your loved ones.

  15. truly a wonderful!! Spiritual story !! May you right now know the Lord’s peace and Comfort../lw

  16. Rachel,

Your courage is amazing! You are an inspiration to us all! You have touched my heart! I will think of you everyday!

Peace and comfort to you and your family.

  17. Dear Sister Rachel

As I listened to you I remembered Romans 8:14-17 which confirmed for me that because you are moved by the Spirit, you are a child of God and co-heir with Christ.

May your family take comfort in knowing that our Master has gone before us to prepare a room for you in Our Father’s House.

Thank you for reminding me that my purpose is to give glory to God and to serve his children joyfully.

  18. Praying for you and would like to knwo how you are doing. Thank you for sharing what God is doing in your life.

  19. Rachel you are a courageous woman of God! You have glorified Him and may you continue to enjoy Jesus the rest of your days. I hope for a miracle of healing in your body that will glorify Him and bring joy to your family. May they grow to know, love and serve Him as you have. May they know themselves, the Gospel and their purpose.

    Grace and peace in Jesus,
    Lynn Dent

  20. Thank you for reminding me that my relationship with Jesus is what defines me,may you continue to be used in bringing many into that relationship and giving them hope.

  21. Thank you for opening my eyes to the selfishness in me. I will do those things that are inconvenient for me today. I will stop and take the time to love. Love does cost me convenience and comfort at times. I was recently referred ot a breast surgeon for questionable lumps in both breasts. I want to live like I were dying. I do not think they are cancerous at this point, but the lord has used your testimony to prompt me to live like I were dying. I look forward to meeting you in heaven. Your sister in Christ, Joan Lema

  22. Sweet Rachel, my sister in Christ, and you are right in saying “death is not dying” it is the door to immortality, everlasting eternal life in Christ Jesus, our LORD. I pray the GOD’s will be done in your life and thank you for sharing your life right now as it is. I pray that you will never let go of CHRIST because HE is the Way, the Truth, and the LIFE. HE is the Way to our heavenly Father. Keep looking to the Author and Finisher of your (our faith), Christ. I love you my dear sister and if I don’t meet you on this side, we shall meet in the everlasting. Much love in Christ, Yolanda Berryhill

  23. Rachel,

God has used you as a teacher – and what a wonderful job you’ve done in serving him. Your testimony is incredible and I often take life for granted and all that our Master has created before ME/us. Guess that is the nature of the beast in all of us. Your words are so powerful, they have been an eye-opener for me. You have made me realize that life is not all about ME and that I am nothing without God. Thank you and God Bless you during this most uncomfortable journey. Thank you for sharing your your story. I too will pass your story on as you are one couragous individual. You are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you and your family.

  24. Rachel,
I am humbled by your faith and courage in the face of this trial. Praise God for using you and your illness to strengthen me and remind me of my sinful nature and where I would be without His mercy. You have done an incredible thing and you and your family are in my prayers. I am putting your children on my prayer list. I am sharing your story with as many people as I can. May God bless and keep you close. Love in Christ, Kathy

  25. Rachel,

Wow…what a powerful testimony you’re selflessly sharing with the world.
Thank you for your unshakable faith and love of Jesus Christ that enabled you to do what most of us could not….which is model a true disciple of Christ, especially thru your darkest moments.
You not only shared words of wisdom, hope, and encouragement, but you modeled them with your life.
I needed to hear the words you shared. I will carry them forward and use them to help me work on not being that “me,me,me” person.
We often wonder and ask why bad things happen to good people….it’s obvious in your situation…..you see when we see and hear you….we’re seeing and hearing God.
Not everyone has that gift. You’re life is helping those of us who are lost and trying to find our way , make sense of this dark world of pain and suffering we live in.
Thank you for being a light to help us navigate thru our troubled times, for giving us direction when we don’t always know where to turn, and for showing us how to accept whatever God has in store for our lives graciously and learn from them.
One thing’s for sure…when God finally brings you home…His words to you will definentely be….Well done my daughter….welcome home!!!
Prayers for continued strength, peace, and comfort for you and your family.

Thank you Rachel and God Bless you.

  26. Dearest Rachel,

Thank you. Thank you for the challenge and call to ministry on a personal level, and reminding us that we are not here to please ourselves, but to glorify a holy God. Your courage and conviction are truly inspiring. We can still minister and proclaim the gospel of God in the midst of our suffering, with joy, while still being transparent .

Thank you for the reminder that our hope is not in things of this world. We have heaven to look forward too! I look forward to spending eternity with you!

Thank you for speaking the truth in love and with such conviction without compromising the truth of the gospel. I will be praying for you and your family.

  27. Dear Rachel,
Having never met you, I feel as though I know you after listening to your story. It is so incredible, so transparent, so filled with the spirit. You will touch other’s hearts, you will change destinies for others and bring them to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Amazing the sacrifice you made to speak.
Thank you for being vulnerable, for your courage and for your boldness to share your story.
We take so much for granted and need a constant reminder of our purpose here on earth – to glorify the Almighty God and live for Him.
I am praying for you, for your pain and for precious time with your family.

  28. Dearest Rachel,
My heart grieves for you. It is because of you that I am able to say “yes” to my children. As you said, often times I say “no” just because it is an inconvenience to me. Life is not an inconvenience however, it is a gift. And I am thankful for this gift which He has given me. Thank you for opening my eyes and making me realize that each day is precious. Thank you for your honesty about your day to day struggles, so often we make excuses or blame someone else for our sins. I pray for your family, that they may find comfort in knowing that you will be with Jesus and I pray for you and your pain. You will be with me always.

  29. It is my prayer that the message Rachel spoke of in this video will change the lives of many men and women and give them some guidance in their search to find the truth of God’s love and salvation. The strength and courage that Rachel possessed has truly touched me. Although I’m sure Rachel’s family is dealing with so much pain and sorrow right now, her pain has ceased and she is in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May God give comfort to her family and friends and shed His Light upon them every day.

  30. Loved watching you Rachael… even at the end, you did not speak selfishly- but you gave honor to the Lord Jesus Christ, by sharing his gift of love so that others could partake. By Jesus stripes we are healed! Even though God has recieved you and you are no longer here… your death is gain because you are with the Father. I pray for the family that is left. That they know and Lord that you lived for and that they will not go the way of the world, but serve Christ all the days of their lives. Thank you Rachael.

  31. Rachel:
Christ in you did an amazing work with His words through you. If we don’t meet here on earth, I’ll look for you in heaven to introduce you to my husband, who lived his battle against cancer in his body in the same way – keep up the good fight -
    For Jesus’ Glory, Mary

  32. I have listened to this talk many times and have it on my ipod to listen to as I go around the house and try to Glorify God. I have asked friends to listen and want my bible study to listen to it. It is a bible study for moms. I am so sad for the lose of you here, I praise God for you message. I am inspired and know that others will continued to be inspired. Thank you because of you I love more and will continue to show Gods love in my everyday. God Bless Rachels family.

  33. I heard the tape yesterday and today of Rachel’s testimony and life…and I was riveted to the radio. This is something that everyone should hear…her unselfish love for the Lord and how she dealt with cancer. I kept wishing that she had lived but found out that she died in July… but not without leaving this legacy for everyone to hear.

I pray God’s blessings on her husband and children…you lived with a saint on earth!

  34. To Rachel’s family: My wife shared this with me last evening, and we watched it three times! We then promptly ordered the DVD, and sent this link to everyone in both our address books that might watch. We’ve now also watched it again with our children, and will probably continue repeatedly in the months ahead. I’m planning to load it onto my phone so I can keep reminding myself in the most profound expression I’ve ever heard, of His truths and love. This is the most powerful testimony I’ve ever witnessed, and it has not only moved me, but everyone I’ve sent it to. Thank you for your willingness to share your pain, and love for Rachel. May God richly bless you for it.

  35. I couldnt help but cry during most of your stories thank you for allowing God to speak thru your heart to let these beautiful messages out, everything you said applied to me and it was crazy that most of the time i had with my kids the words No was plenty and i would get this heavy feeling in my heart that would tell me that i was being a bad mom and person. you have changed the way i am with my kids today and i cant wait to share this new person with them, I have come to learn that sometimes god allows things to happen to us cause he has chosen us to give his good word! I love you my sister stay strong and say hello to our father for me and soon we will all be reunited !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God Bless

  36. My heart is so moved. This story is incredible. I am literally in awe of God’s Love and moved. God showed his purpose in you through this video. I thank God for you. Blessings to your husband, children and family. “When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing it’ll be.. when we all see JESUS, we’ll sing and shour for victory…”

  37. Dear Rachel,
